Refund Policy

14 Days Return
Any customers whom made purchased and already received the ordered products have only fourteen (14) days to request a return the ordered products in due to any reasons that acceptable.

To match barely minimum conditions and eligible for a returning process. The products you wish to return have to be exactly the same on shapes and conditions _ compared to the Moment You Received it, unworn or unsed, not scuffed or even scratched, with labels, tags and inside the original packaging. Customers also need the receipt as proof of purchased or commercial invoices attached.

Returning Process initiation
Customers may contact us through email or chat via Whatsapp to initiate the return by asking for returning process.
Once we've verified the returning process, we'll send the customers a return shipping label, as well as full instructions on how and where to send the returning package, meanwhile, in the process the customers can always contact us anytime to reassure the returning process and we will steady and always be able to be contacted and communicate regarding the matters

Damages and Issues
Please conduct a full inspection upon the Products receival. Please do immediately confirm and inform to us any damages or received products issues with provided media (Video or images) as proofs, so we can resolve it immediately.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please do get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific items

Unfortunately,we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards

Products Exchanges
The easiest and fastest way to ensure the customers get the desire products it is to return the un-desired already received products and then, once the returning process request accepted, customers only have to do is to create a new Orders for the desired products.

Refunds
Customers will be notified once we've the customers returning products received and passed our inspections and the customer will be notified accordingly. When it is approved Returning process, the customer will be refunded on the original payment method within ten (10) business days. As for the concerns, it may take some time for Banks or Creadit Card Provider to process and Post the Refund

If more than fifthteen (15) business days passed, the customer still don't get the fund. Please do inform and contact us.

How to get The Refunds
Once we received and inspect the returning product(s). The refunds will be process.
The Refund will be process and funded to the originally payment method made by the customers within ten (10) to fifthteen (15) business days.

Refunds notices
Refunds will only be provided for any eligible products retuning process as per our returning policy
Shipping and restocking fees (if applicable) may deducted from the refund amount
