Wholesale
The main subject and specifically the Daun Gift Portal for Customers is intended for wholesalers where anyone or business with minimum total single purchases equal to or more than USD 1.000 are all considered as a wholesaler

Customer, buyer, wholesaler are the terms we use to refer to buyers


Product(s)
Because of the uniqueness, handcrafted or handmades, all of displayed products are ready and available in one (1) item each only for all types.

Products Quantity
Requests for products with quantity above one (1) will be processed as Pre Orders and produced within a time period to later on be determined

As for consideration, one (1) month is the average time needed to produces a quantity of 100 pcs. Usually, it could be less or faster than the time stated.

Orders and Checkouts
Ordering and checking out purchases at Daun Gift is a little bit different compared to any e-commerce in general, because of the quantity of our wholesale orders sizes are larger and it is affect the shipping method which is required more inclined towards exporting goods with regulations which are definitely different in each country.

The main requirement to be able to checkout as a wholesaler is a minimum spend of USD 1000

The Order Processing updates will be displayed and indicated in the Orders Portal


Order Types
The choice of products that you select in your shopping cart and finally quote them will determine what type of order that you have.

Daun Gift has three (3) type of Order, which is as follow:

1. Regular Order
Accumulated spending worth equal to USD 1000 and above with one (1) product quantity each for all product types and ready to ship.

- 1.1. Regular Order Term of Payment
Payment for orders which products are available in stock and a general checkout process is required for orders can be processed.

Payment for Regular Orders is payment in full in advance

- 1.2. Regular Order Shipping
After confirming the Order Type is Regular Order, we need 2 x 24 hours at maximum to get detailed information on the best shipping options for you. Where we will update the information on email


2. Split Orders
Accumulated spending worth equal to USD 1000 and above where the orders will be split and divided with the quantities where all products with an excess of one (1) for each type of products, every each excess will be Pre Orders. And each one (1) quantity for each type of products will be sent immediately with a different invoice and the same order number as the pre-order which will be billed next when the product is ready to be sent.

- 2.1 Split Orders Term of Payment
Split Orders consists of First Payment (Payment #1) and Final payment (Payment #2).

Where First Payment (Payment #1) is a payment in advance for ready ship products, for each product type where the quantity is one (1), along with 50% down payment from remaining Pre Orders which is all included in First Payment (Payment #1)

A payment in advance for ready ship products, for each product type where the quantity is one (1), along with 50% down payment from remaining Pre Orders which is all included in First Payment (Payment #1)
Split Orders - Final Payment (Payment #2)
Payment for remaining 50% Pre Orders products that have been finished and are ready to be shipped


- 2.2 Split Orders Shippings
After confirming the Order Type is Split Orders, we need 2 x 24 hours at maximum to get detailed information on the best shipping options for your Straight Shipping and Estimation Pre Orders Shipping. Where we will update it the information on email


3. Full Pre Orders
Accumulated spending worth equal to USD 1000 and above where all products are pre orders and will be billed when the products is ready to be sent.

- 3.1 Full Pre Orders Term of Payment
Full Pre Orders also consists of First Payment (Payment #1) and Final payment (Payment #2).

Where the First Payment (Payment #1) of the Full Pre Orders are payment in advance for 50% Down Payment, in order to the pre-orders products can be escalate to the production stage and the remaining will be billed in Final Payment (Payment #2) after the rest Pre Orders products finished and ready to be shipped.
Full Pre Orders - First Payment (Payment #1)
A payment in advance for 50% down payment from total Full Pre Orders to enter the production stage.
Full Pre Orders - Final Payment (Payment #2)
Payment for remaining 50% Pre Orders products that have been finished and are ready to be shipped.


- 3.2 Full Pre Orders Shippings
After confirming the Order Type is a Full Pre Orders, we need 2 x 24 hours at maximum to get detailed information on the best shipping options for your Estimation Pre Orders Shipping. Where we will update it the information on email


Split Orders or Full Pre Orders are options when each products that customer have quoted for each type has a quantity that exceeds of one (1) quantity.

After confirming and sending an order quotation, we need 2 x 24 hours at maximum to get detailed information on the best shipping options for you, regardless your order type. Where we will update the information via email

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped


Shipping(s)
We will provide two (2) cargo type (Air Freight and Sea Freight) as shipping options with several Carrier for each cargo type as options (if applicable) with your shipping destination. You are free to select and determine the best and most appropriate shipping method available as options according to your order

The starting shipping point (Air Freight and Sea Freight) will be from Kuta Square, Kuta, Bali, Indonesia 80361

The weight and volume of delivery are determined by the cargo service, where the cost of the shipping will be included in the shipping options that you can select and determine later just before the final checkout.


Air Freight Shipping
We offer air freight export services with a variety of civilian flight companies such as Thai Airways, Qatar Airways, China Airline, Cathay Pacific and others. However, these options are only available for shipments weighing a minimum of 45 kgs.

For smaller shipments, we will prioritize using trusted couriers such as DHL, FedEx-TNT, UPS to ensure timely and efficient delivery (Usually their Air Freight carrier services includes Inclusive delivery time in 7–10 Business days).

The cost of air freight shipping is determined by the taxable weight of the goods being shipped. This weight is determined by calculating both the Measurable weight and the Volumetric weight of the goods and then using the heavier of the two as the taxable weight.
Measurable weight
The actual total gross weight of the goods, including the weight of the packaging.
Volumetric weight
It is calculated based on the equivalent weight in kilograms of the volume that the goods occupy. This calculation takes into account the dimensions of the package and is used to account for the space that the goods take up in the cargo hold of an aircraft.



Sea Freight Shipping
When it comes to shipping by sea freight, the options are to choose whether between a Full Container Load (FCL) or a Less than a Container Load (LCL). The decision should be based on the volume of the goods, with a general rule of thumb being that if the goods take up more than 15 cubic meters of space, it may be more cost-effective to choose an FCL. However, there may be other factors to consider such as the size or fragility of the items

FCL (Full Container Load) and LCL (Less Container Load) are terms used in international sea freight transportation. FCL and LCL are different both by definition and practice.

If transporting a small cargo needed and it can not be sent by the regular post, but the cost of air freight is already prohibitively high for such cargo, and for transporting the whole container it is still too small, then sending the combined cargo is the wise decision.
Full Container Load (FCL) Sea Freight Shipping
An ocean shipping mode, in which the entire container is intended for one supplier and occupies a full container (regardless of size). FCL transportation can be filled directly at the supplier's warehouse, and then sent to the container yard (container cargo station in the port). The container can be unloaded at the port of destination or the carrier can deliver to the recipient's warehouse.
Less Container Load (LCL) Sea Freight Shipping
Delivery of collective cargoes from 1m3 to 15m3, transported in a common container with other shippers in order not to overpay for delivery. It is considered the most economical way to deliver small quantities of goods.

Shipping Status
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. If you don't receive a shipping confirmation email right away, don't worry! We know the delivery date or date range provided at checkout and we'll be sure to deliver the items within that time frame. We may ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Payment(s)
Daun Gift accept payments internationally with Wire or Bank Transfer as main payment method and else with Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
